METHODOLOGY
• Conduct the survey to the community through interviews, taking pictures and videos.
• Collate, analyze, interpret and evaluate results.
• Make conclusions of the survey conducted.
• Communicate to the school and local community the findings of the results through a blog. Thus, you are required to make a blog showing the results of the survey.
• Monitor and evaluate the number of responses found in the blog. This will ensure that the school and local community have created awareness and deep appreciation of the ancestral and modern cultures in your community.
DOCUMENTARY TEAM
• The team will draft a letter for the principal.
• Once the letter is approved, they must give it to the Planning Team .
• A copy of the letter must be kept for the portfolio.
• Document everything during the project.
RESEARCH TEAM
• You will received a copy of the signed letter from your teacher allowing you to
• conduct an interview
• audio record
• video taped and
• Take photos
of people from your own locality about stories, food, music, dances, history of the place, history of the language, games and important figures that will contribute to collection of information on your local culture.
• Gather collected data, organize the data and submit it to the editing team.
• Still photos, video and audio recordings must be submitted to the soft copy editing team for evaluation
EDITING TEAM
• The team will collaborate with the researchers, collect all gathered stories, photos, audio recordings and video tapes and discuss with them how they would want these data presented on your blog.
• The team will edit all stories, photos, video and audio recordings.
IT (BLOGGERS) TEAM
• Create a Blog Site where all edited data submitted will be uploaded.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION TEAM
• Monitor the Blog Site every 15 days for a duration of one school year.
